Land Registry fee

These are determined on sliding scale depending on purchase price.

Please use the Land Registry calculator on their website to calculate the registration fee. This is  usually by an electronic submission at 50% discount.

Searches are charged at cost. Local Search is determined by the local authority.

The current fee payable in Chelmsford is £165.
